Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is a supplement to our Privacy Policy. It explains how Agree Media LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares certain consumer health data. Capitalized terms that are used in this policy but not defined in it have the meanings given to them in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Health Data We Collect

When we provide data collection and intake services for a participating law firm that advertises on our Sites (an "Advertising Firm"), we may collect and process, on that Advertising Firm's behalf, information about your health or medical history that you or your authorized representatives voluntarily provide to us. This may include medical information and information about injuries, accidents, diagnoses, treatments, medications, medical providers, or other information relating to your physical or mental health ("Consumer Health Data").

How We Process Consumer Health Data for Advertising Firms

We collect and process Consumer Health Data only on behalf of the Advertising Firm whose advertisement you responded to, in connection with that firm's evaluation of your matter and your engagement of its services. When you engage the Advertising Firm, it will, where applicable, inform you of its own privacy and consumer health data policies and obtain your consent to collect and share your Consumer Health Data under applicable law. Where applicable law requires it, we will obtain your affirmative consent before we collect or share Consumer Health Data. Where the law requires, consent to collect Consumer Health Data is given separately from consent to share it. You may withdraw your consent to future collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data, subject to applicable legal, professional, contractual, or other obligations and exceptions.

We do not sell Consumer Health Data.

Consent

If applicable law requires consent to collect or share Consumer Health Data, we will obtain that consent before we collect the information or share it with the Advertising Firm. Where the law requires it, we will ask for consent to collection and consent to sharing separately.

Where applicable law permits, consent is not required to the extent that collecting or sharing the data is necessary to provide a legal service you have requested.

You can withdraw your consent to future collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data by contacting us at legal@agreemedia.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it, or processing that applicable law otherwise permits or requires us to carry out.

Your Rights

Depending on the state where you live and on applicable law, you may have rights over your Consumer Health Data. These may include the right to request access to it or its deletion, and the right to withdraw your consent to future collection or sharing.

To exercise any rights that apply to you, contact us at legal@agreemedia.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change to the categories of Consumer Health Data we collect, or to the purposes for which we collect, use, or share it, we will give any notice and obtain any consent that applicable law requires.
